Tariffs vary depending on the partner (M-Net, Lechwerke, Avacom) and the chosen bandwidth. Private tariffs start from around €30 per month for 100 Mbit/s. Business offers are calculated individually. Consultation by our advisors is always free.

After signing the contract, technical activation usually takes 4 to 12 weeks, depending on rollout in your area. The on-site installation itself takes about 1-2 hours. We coordinate the appointment directly with you.

For private customers we offer speeds up to 1,000 Mbit/s (1 Gbit/s) download. Business customers can receive symmetric bandwidths up to 10 Gbit/s — equally fast upload and download, ideal for cloud, video conferencing and backups.

As an independent sales partner we advise you objectively and compare offers from all three network operators. You get the best tariff for your situation — with personal on-site consultation instead of an anonymous call centre. Contract conditions are identical to those of the network operators.

Yes, number porting is possible in nearly all cases. We handle the entire cancellation of your old connection and the transfer of your landline number. No additional costs for you.

A fibre modem (ONT) is needed, which the network operator provides free of charge. You can choose your own Wi-Fi router or rent one optionally. We are happy to advise you personally on the right hardware.

We check availability for you free of charge. If your address is not yet covered, we can add you to our waiting list and proactively inform you once available. There are often pre-marketing promotions with particularly attractive conditions.

The standard contract duration is 24 months with a 1-month notice period at the end. After the minimum term, the contract can be cancelled monthly at any time. We discuss renewal options with better conditions in good time.
